PHP file_get_contents(string) retorna bool(false) quando o mesmo retorna a seqüência de resultados em um navegador

Um código que tem trabalhado por meses não é de repente trabalho. Eu reduzi-lo para o PHP file_get_contents parte. Aqui está um recorte do código:

Não importa se eu usar o $input1 ou $entrada2, ambos return bool(false) e o var_dump de saída. Mas se você colocar a cadeia de caracteres diretamente em um navegador, ele retorna uma matriz de dados.

Este código foi trabalhar em agosto/setembro, mas agora não.
